"I’m Dayton Osborne, owner and founder of
Night ’N’ Day Construction.
Born in Grapevine, Texas, and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Texas hospitality just comes naturally to me.
I played collegiate golf at Tyler Junior College, competing in tournaments across Texas before transferring to the University of Oklahoma, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Behavioral Science. After graduating in 2017, I launched my career in business development, spearheading a new division for an energy company in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Coming from a family of home builders and entrepreneurs—both my grandparents and parents were in the industry—I was introduced to construction at an early age. From sweeping floors to swinging a hammer, I learned the trade from the ground up. But it was the optimism, drive, persistence, and patience I developed through tournament golf and business, that gave me the confidence to start my own company: Night ’N’ Day Construction.
My vision was to create something unique—one company that acts as a liaison between homeowners and their insurance companies, ensuring they receive fair treatment and the full funds needed for repairs. At the same time, I wanted to provide seamless, high-quality home restoration using top-tier materials without cutting corners.
And so, Night ’N’ Day Construction was born. From insurance claim services to renovations and custom home builds, we offer a full-service, turnkey experience—one call, one contractor to handle it all.
